I've been waiting for my restaurant's inspection for weeks. I've been preparing by improving my desserts since the inspector will emphasize my pastries, and I really hope to win that Michelin star.

I made the 16 most beautiful pies I've ever made, with so much thick, sticky cream and different colors. The decoration was fabulous, so nothing could go wrong... or could it?
